In September 2023, Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital held its Outstanding Research Paper Award Ceremony, recognizing research achievements that ranked within the top 10% of their respective fields. This award ceremony is part of the hospital’s regular monthly initiative—a public recognition event held whenever outstanding papers are selected.
The event was organized by the hospital’s Department of Education and Research, with the aim of promoting academic innovation and encouraging ongoing research efforts. The program included an opening speech by the host, the presentation of awards for outstanding papers, and a group photo session. When the award recipients came on stage to receive their honors, they were met with warm applause and congratulations from colleagues and guests.
I personally attended the event, accompanied by my husband, who was also one of the main collaborators in this research project. The ceremony was brief yet dignified, with a harmonious and well-organized atmosphere throughout.
The behind-the-scenes preparations were handled by the administrative team, including venue setup, program coordination, and photography, all of which ensured the ceremony proceeded smoothly and successfully.
The event concluded successfully, with hopes that more outstanding research achievements will continue to emerge from our institution, further advancing academic development in the future.
